The purpose of our school is to come under the sovereign authority of our Holy God for the instruction of our children taking the scripture from Isaiah, "All their children shall be taught of the Lord."  Isaiah 54:13

We believe that Jehovah-Jireh, our God the provider, will bless this holy desire.  We pray for the provisioning of this school to allow all to come regardless of means.

Our great desire is for the Word of God to written in the hearts of the children; that they would be doers of the Word, not just hearers.

The Bible says that the fruit of the Holy Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.  Again it says of the people of God, "by their love you will know them".  This is the testimony of Jesus Christ we purpose for the hearts and spirits of the children of Providence Christian School.

Statement of Faith

We believe in God the Father, God the Son Jesus Christ and God the Holy Spirit.

We believe the Bible is the infallible and inerrant Word of God.  

We obey the commands of Jesus Christ under which fall the law.  “The Lord our God is one God.  Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, all thy mind, all thy spirit and all thy strength.  This is the first and greatest commandment.  The second is like unto it.  Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.”

We believe in the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross for the remission of our sins.

We believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth:  And in Jesus Christ His only son our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried:  He descended into Hell; the third day He rose again from the dead;  He ascended into heaven, and sitteth on the right hand of God the Father Almighty;  From thence He shall come to judge the quick and the dead.

We believe in the Holy Ghost; the holy Universal Church; the communion of saints; the forgiveness of sins; The resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. AMEN.

We believe that “herein is my Father glorified that ye bear much fruit.”  That is, the people of God demonstrate kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control, love and joy.
